It's a question I've received more times than I can count since we decided to leave Puerto Vallarta and move to the Guadalajara Metropolitan area in July of 2025. But while Puerto Vallarta certainly had its perks, after seven years of living my lifelong dream in a beach town, it was simply time to move on. Here's why.
